To my knowledge, the other properties are year to year leases. Either way, what if something happens to you or you decide to sell the property? How are people protected in the event you no longer own these properties?

I have a question no one has seemed to the case of leasing or owning on one of your properties how are you vetting the people who want to live there? I can see there being relational problems among neighbors how are you mitigating this eventuality on your mean i know by the very nature of your business model is catering to a certain type of clientele so that should mitigate some of these potential issues.
