I lost my dad and my husband this year as well. I'm not the only one to feel loss this year. Here's praying 2023 is better for us all

They forgot someone, my mother at age 77. RIP mom. You might not be known by the masses like these folks, but you were loved.

My last grandparent, my grandfather passed this year. First generation Italian. Served in WWII. Worked until he was 93 years old. We kept him as safe as we could during covid but he had a slip n fall that caused a break. Had to go to the hospital n rehab. Got Covid within days. RIP James J. Barber II. You were the definition of a gentleman ❤️

Wow so many people who were larger-than-life and seemed to make the world go round when I was growing up in the 90s. Seeing them pass away feels like the death of my childhood and a whole era. Feels like losing a friend.

You watch these things when you're a kid and it's just a bunch of old faces that you've never seen and have no idea who they are until the years go by and you watch it and the faces start to become recognizable until one day you watch it and you now know every face on the list and every name on the list. RIP

God is certainly calling back the people I grew up with. My generation is dwindling fast and our time is coming quickly. I told my husband the other day, “we’re next.” Without all these people I’m glad to be going. The world is getting to be a dull and unhappy place.

Everyone in this memoriam, everyone seeing it as well, has heard the song Imagine.
The drummer who played on that song, as well as with YES for 50 years, also died this year.
RIP Alan White.

Not to mention that we just lost Barbara Walters and Pope Benedict XVI. The celebrity deaths that affected me the most were Bob Saget, Gilbert Gottfried, Queen Elizabeth, Angela Lansbury, and Robbie Coltrane (Better known as Hagrid)

Every year I watch "in Memoriam" and always feel so sad about the wonderful people that we lost. Heart wrenching. May God be with all.

You left out the Hollywood actress, Marsha Hunt(1917-2022)!!! How could you??? she was a legend. She was almost 105 years old when she passed away.

My 80 something year old mom knew who Twitch was. He lit up a room. Only to find out he was suffering. Breaks my heart, so sad 🥺😢

2022 is the worst for me than in 16 and 20. Too many lives lost this year. I hope next year will be a better year. May they all rest in peace. 🙏🏼
