Step 2) Rollback to the previous version of video driver

Step 5) Try turning off the vsync
Step 6) Laptop Users with dual graphics card- Run the eFootball PES 2021 on the dedicated graphics card
Step 7) Run eFootball PES 2021 as an administrator
Step 8) Update windows 10
Step 9) Perform Clean boot, close all the overclocking and overlay apps, stop the Windows 10 Apps from Running in the Background
Step 10) Repair the eFootball PES 2021 in steam
Step 11) Uninstall eFootball PES 2021, delete the saves, and game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall eFootball PES 2021

Dont do system configuration two times to disable all ..When i did 2nd time all the services will be error as System security sound adpaters evrything ..My pin got locked and .came through by password ..And if you are facing this ..just login somehow and enable all again
