Now that is a leadership speech for me, that is true leadership, you only want to know victory, so that is the only option to real champs, yes I am disabled soccer man, but I never give in on the soccer pitch, when I was a young soccer player and leadership is not about just shouting all day telling others what to do, but leading others around you by playing better yourself and asking the rest of the team to up their level on the playing field as well, that's a true soccer captain on the playing field for me.

I love coaches who only want a team that never says die and with that thinking victory is always an option, but if you get beat the other team would have had to play above themselves, so they have earned victory.

I am happy if my team gives 100% and comes off the playing field knowing everything was done to win on the playing field, but you win more games than you lose playing that way at any team sport.
