what upset even more than the incident with his ridiculous physio, is Jannik never apologized to the tennis fans and players for this shady story. instead he played a victim of a bad physio. but it was Jannik who hired these people! his team = his responsibility. his fired physio also didn't apologize and said they are 100% pro and are being made "villain". they also played a victim. so who is lying here? Jannik or the fired team of Italians?
