One day I was in the office feeling hopeless. At this stage of my life I had been struggling with being stucked in a work that I don' trully belong to with pain of wasting my days. Suddenly I noticed a bug flying over the office. It was big beautiful green dragonfly. It was trying to escape the building bumping into glass window. I was the first who noticed it. I helped this poor creature out of compassion.
Although I was atheist I quickly got to the point that it was a sign. The symbolism was so clear to me.
I realized that I need to stop holding inside my authentic and creative self. This started a new chapter in my life.

While I am still on this journey, this event changed me. Even if that was completely accidental, it could be, it was at the moment of need and really made me think.

My mom passed away two weeks ago. She loved dragonflies. Today I was sitting alone outside on my deck and a dragonfly landed about a foot in front of me. It turned its head from side to side and stared at me for so long. I’m skeptical but everything in me tells me this was more than just random chance. I’m not sure what the encounter meant, but I felt peaceful and even laughed for the first time in a while after this happened.

Today is 8.22.23. I was thinking about one of my senior Chihuahuas that passed last November. Her name was Chloé. I missed her most today and got a wave of emotions earlier during my lunch break. I tried looking for signs in the clouds of maybe her silhouette.

When I came home this evening, a dragonfly was near my front porch, perched and sat still. It flew a few feet away as I got close. It sat still again and for some reason, I went to touch its wings and it let me! I thought I was dreaming, so I touched its wings again and I quietly said, "Hi, Chloé." I knew it was Chloe's spirit letting me know she's always near. ❤ It was amazing.

I was very depressed one day and I knew I was slipping into depression and the door was open and I was standing in my kitchen and a dragonfly flew in and landed on my heart and just stayed there a minute.

My grandfather passed on from earth two days ago. Leading up to his passing, I was seeing dragonflies and dragonfly images and symbols everywhere. One even flew into my garage, and got stuck in the overhead garage door light. I figured out how to undo the casing of the light and let the dragonfly back outside. I’m not sure what it all means, but hearing this message, after just losing my grandfather, is special to me. Thank you.

That was so eye opening. Today, while with my friends in the pool, there was a couple dragonfly's around and I put out my finger and said aloud "land on my finger" and it did at that same moment. It was so beautiful. I felt at peace. I have been going through some career roadblocks and now I feel that it will be ok and I will succeed with my new venture. My friends and I could'nt believe it landed when I asked it to . My friend called me the dragonfly whisperer. :-)

I haven't seen a dragon fly in a very very long time. And the last month or so I have been seeing dozens at a time. They've been landing on me and flying around me in packs. I saw a dragonfly flying to my prayer corner yesterday where I had been meditating. It was a baby dragonfly and it came from nowhere. I only saw it for about 10 seconds before it completely disappeared in the corner. I was amazed because 1) it is super cold and its winter where I live and insects are very rare to see. 2) i live in Iceland. Dragonflies are not native here and are very rarely seen and when they are seen, it is often in the summer.

This past Friday I was drifting off to sleep after work and I had 4-5 flashes of dreams I had forgotten that I had had....they all were about dragonflies! I jolted from this half dream state and instantly remembered that earlier that day, while in the pool with the little girl I nanny, there was a dragonfly in the water. I scooped it up and allowed it upon the tip of my finger, brought it to the side of the pool and my charge and I looked and spoke of its beauty. I called it a he, and she lovingly corrected me and told me it was a her ❤ *She dried off enough to fly away and we both marveled! I absolutely love dragonflies, butterflies, night moths and cicadas. Bugs in general just put me in a state of sheer awe. Their beauty, color, abilities and music just astound me!

I am also crying my eyes out. I have r not seen a dragon fly in over 15 years. I have a tattoo of one on my left leg They mean everything you mentioned and more to me. I had one tonight fly in my back door amd land on my shoulder!!!! Also an odd thing was... My uncle is visiting. He is the only family I have left on my mother's side. My mom, grandma, sister grandpa, my other uncle... All passed away. I can't help to think there definitely was a spirit attached .

Thank you so much for posting this video! I truly believe that dragonflies are associated with God and guardian angels. My friend passed away a few years ago and she sent me dragonflies for messages a year after. When a dragonfly lands on me, I feel happy, safe, reassured and peaceful. And I've noticed about myself that ever since the dragonflies landed on me, I have changed in a more positive way and more aware of my well-being. Dragonflies are my totem animal.
