Thank you for this! I just went on a art supply run a few weeks ago. I'm getting back into painting after 10 year hiatus from it. I was standing in the aisle for a good 10mins looking up supplies that are the best on a budget. Most of the things you had I picked up :-) Love your channel!

With wooden palette (this is if you’re doing oil painting), prepping your palette up with linseed oil helps!

Those more corse brushes are actually really good for the blending where you dab, I have both types of brushes because of this

The So Flats have become my go too paints. The finish on them is just…. Mmmm!

Yes the golden flats are so great!! You should try the high flows and they have some color shift ones too

The golden liquid acrylics are amazing. Perfect for people that want runnier acrylics and the heavy body liquitex is better for when you want thicccer pain’t (you can also dilute these with water or a liquid acrylic medium)

Folk art is nice because it’s really thick, personally don’t like how shiny but after you’ve finished the bottle up and can barley get anything out fill it part way with water and shake and you can get some cool effects with artworks and you don’t wasnt that tiny bit of paint that pisses you off being unable to get it out!
