N Computing - Can not connect to the Host

i have the same problem. i pressed f5 and didn't go to the setup page. the network has 12 clients on ncomputing set-up. clients 7 to 12 work fine; clients 1 to 6 has a prob connecting to host, just like that in the vid.

How can we get device setup option, have the same problem but canot reach device setup option
