so would you say it makes a fan not needed anymore?

I have the VR Cover light blue version and loved it until recently, the velcro is not sticking around the nose on one side. I only really take it off to do a full cleaning every once in a while. The pad doesn't stick anymore and will move when I'm trying to play. Luckily I saw your video for Bobo VR F2 and decided to order that. Hopefully VR Cover fixes their velcro around the nose because it's a good interface.

Good review! Imo the music was a tad loud but good review!

Maybe the light bleed I had coming in from looking up and tilting my head in VRChat was due to the nose piece? I'm really not sure, but extra light bleed was the first thing I noticed when I switched from the stock interface to the fitness one

I will say you make some of the best vr videos imo! Keep up all the amazing work Jay!

I tried a few facial interfaces and VR Cover is the best, most comfortable one.

I have the VR cover version and I do really like it, completely eliminated fogging for me. The one issue that I do have with it is that the material the actual interface is made from (the plastic piece not the cushion) is not completely opaque. So while I don't get any light bleeding in (other than at the nose piece as you mentioned) it does allow light to shine through the sides, through the actual solid plastic. I will say, I have the blue version and not the black one so maybe there's a slight difference in material meaning that you didn't notice it.

I personally swapped from this to the upgraded BoboVR F2. I love the fan for the circulation is creates inside the headset (I live in a humid environment) - even when it's not fogging. For my face the BoboVR interface fits way more comfortably. Even with a halo I was having weird pressures on my cheekbones and the sides of my face with the VRCover one. But definitely still a solid interface :)

Thanks for this review Jay. This is my current facial interface, got it before IN knew the F2 existed and was really wondering how it would stack up and if I needed to give Bobo even more money haha. 👍

I've had this interface, since shortly after I bought my Quest 2. I'll copy my comment from a previous video: "I like it, but the only negative is that even with the thickest foam it's still less thick than the stock interface foam. I need the thickness because of glasses/lens adapters so to add extra thickness I added the XL Glasses spacer, also from VR Cover. One good thing about this interface is that it's compatible with the stock glasses spacer, and therefore also the XL spacer." I don't think the kiwi interface is compatible with the stock glasses spacer.

OOO that is the one I use. although mine is blue as it was all they had at the time. I love mine! It is why I couldnt see doing one of the fans. Its just soo comfy! I have been using one since they released it. that combined with the gel I just dont see myself going to anything else. LOL

Thanks Jay, have tried the kiwi but it wasn’t the best for me and have been considering the VR fitness. Have VR other VR interface but need those vents. 👍

This VR Cover Fitness Facial Interface has been my interface from day 1. (Well maybe day 10 by the time I realized the stock sucked and I checked reviews.) It's the first one I tried since I was doing Supernatural, Audio Trip, and SynthRiders (the latter not as sweaty as the other 2 but still). I have considered trying the Bobo one with the fan but just haven't felt the need to spring for it, especially since this one is so comfy. I have never gotten any fog, though I do still get sweat on the interface itself. I'm not sure if the fan would really stop my face from sweating completely anyway.

Would it work in conjunction with the fan that you use?

i have the standard vr cover facial interface since its release. and im interested in the thin minimal foam and the new design with more ventilations. Would this be worth the upgrade?
