Today we are showing you how we install SB3 Coatings Industrial five year ceramic coating. We typically like to use SB3 Coatings Industrial for equipment that takes a bit more of a beating outside, such as farm equipment, tractors, construction equipment, or in the case of this install - an off road side-by-side Polaris RZR Turbo R.

SB3 Coatings industrial, like other SB3 Coatings, offers hydrophobic/water-repellant qualities, and is also UV/chemical/temperature/scratch resistant. You'll love that this has a 1300 degree temperature rating! Exhaust manifolds can sometimes get up to 1200 degrees - so you know that with SB3 Coatings industrial, you can even coat most exhaust components!

We are super excited to see how easy it is to clean up this Polaris with SB3 Coatings Industrial.

The steps for installation are fairly easy, just like all of the SB3 Coatings lineup.

1. Always prep the surface for coating with SB3 Ready to ensure your panel is free of oils and other contaminants.

2. Apply SB3 Coatings Industrial and wait 60-120 seconds to flash and level. Please note that this time is going to vary based on the conditions of your working environment or shop.

3. We recommend at least two layers spaced one hour apart, repeating step 2 each time.

Note that SB3 Coatings Industrial might be better applied by hand, as SB3 Coatings Marine tends to work better in a sprayer (we use an Iwata LPH80) than Industrial.
