I've been going to this fair for 60 years. I love it. You missed some of the iconic foods. Like the milk barn, where they serve swirled soft serve made fresh. There is also ice cream in a block on a stick, rolled in chocolate and then nuts. So good! Also the BBQ chicken is great. The elephant ears are so good. I also like the caramel apples, the taffy. The list is endless. They also have the "Dole Whip", which I think started at Disneyland. When we go to the fair it's an all day thing. Because you need all day to be able to eat all the things! Thank you for going and supporting locals vendors and the fair, which I've been calling the Puyallup Fair because that's what it used to be called. I hope you got to try a few other things.
