Some says it takes guts to ride a ninja at over 300 kmh... This guy recorded his first ride and uploaded all his mistakes proudly! Respect

Oh the memories! Trying to hit your turn signal and beeping at complete strangers! Stalling when the light turns green with a car behind you! Losing your balance at slow speed and having to catch the bike! The emotional scars that we all carry. Lol. You did a great job flying solo.

This man is on 6th gear at 40mph. Man I wish I had the balls to upload my first experience on a manual bike like this guy has done. Props to you man!

You’re a hero for showing what a true beginner’s experience is like. I used to ride dirt bikes as a teenager now I’m working on my motorcycle license at age 30. Super nervous to stall everywhere for the first hour lol

"Now I've passed my driving license, let's learn how to drive" -said everyone haha

I love when people show what an actual beginning feels like. Yes you stall, yes you might wobble. But you eventually don’t if you practice and stick to it. I crashed day 1 on my dual sport and almost gave up riding all together. So glad I didn’t.

Have to give you credit for this. I took my course and got my license last month and just bought my first bike. I had a totally different outlook. I had it delivered and have been practicing on local streets and parking lots. I would have never thought to drive home 35 miles if I stalled three times in the parking lot. Awesome.

This brought a smile to my face man. All the mistakes. Takes me back. We’ve all been there. I’m sure you look back at this video now and can smile too. Good stuff. Plus starting on a 650 is no joke

Just wanted to come out and say I shed tears watching just the first 2 mins of this one. Nothing like finally having what you've been working for and dreaming about for however long. Nothing is more rewarding than that. Been riding for 9 years. From home to school and now to work or wherever. Always took it for granted. Stay safe out there brother. I realize this video is already from a year ago. Hope you're doing well.

I was taught by my father. You gonna start in first gear 20 miles per hour 2nd gear; 30 miles per hour 3rd gear; 40 miles per hour 4th gear; 50 miles per hour 5th gear; 60 miles per hour 6 gear. Do the same in downshifting to slow down or stop. Rest in Peace Dad; Im driving theses highways on your behalf.

Respect for posting this, every great rider has humble beginnings. As easy and as natural riding feels now, I still remember that first ride home and how scary it felt.

Cherish those first couple years of riding.

This grown man going 36 mph already in 5th gear is adorable :’) I remember my first few weeks like it was yesterday. I’m surprised he didn’t get pissed at himself after stalling so many times while recording, I sure did 😂

4:23 I laughed so hard at the horn press instead of the signal. Respect to you for being able to basically teach yourself how to ride and make sure you can get home safe, instead of just being dumb by heading straight home without trying to get comfortable with your first bike.

Edit: Found out AFTER I commented that he passed already, this was my first video of his in my recommendations, and I wasn't expected that news about him..

Did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. It was both terrifying, and one of the most liberating things ive done. I made all the same mistakes, yet once i arrived home and just admired the new bike i just purchased, and the proud feeling of knowing i'd just rode all the way home by myself, nothing else mattered...

This video was more exhilarating than watching other motorcycle POV's. I rode only for 6 months but this made me relive the few months after getting my motorcycle license haha. Definitely made me remember all the same mistakes too haha.

Nice job! Great practice with the friction zone! Try this: when stopping behind cars at red lights, stop your bike directly behind the side mirror of the car in front. That way if someone does not stop behind you, you have room to thread between the cars to avoid getting rear ended and possibly crushed between 2 cars. Have fun!!

bro you did great. when i got my first bike out on the road i stalled in the middle of a busy intersection and all i could remember was my instructor going 'they dont realize you dont know how to operate your machine properly. theyll just hit you. be prepared'

You just gave me all the confidence man! I’m about to pick my first bike tomorrow and ride it home. First time on a bike since msf course also. Not as far but does have a lot of traffic. Great video!
