The joke isnt even funny considering that captain america was frozen in ice for 70 years and this randy guy is a young guy. Cap says he went to college with him but he couldn't have because he went to college 70 years ago. Anyways who is randy, you could literally resolve all these issues by using bucky barnes who was actually present in civil war. The joke here just sounds AI GENERATED.
