Those Hitman 3 Results are way lower than they should be and I checked multiple videos of this exact area something isn't right there.

The main reason you see a performance boost in most games for the 11900k is that it enables pcie 4.0 mode so the 3090 can run at its full potential. Computational wise you are better off with the 10900k as the two extra physical cores will perform better on professional software. A better comparison would be between the 10600k and 11900k since that would be a sensible upgrade for owners of z490 mobo that have pcie 4.0 built in but needed an 11th gen cpu to activate it. Thats how I upgraded. Bought a cheap 10th gen setup and used that for a couple of years then when 11900k dropped to ~$300 new I bought one and its a very noticeable upgrade in gaming paired with a 3080 12gb.

Well, this result is most likely due to the fact that the presented games use only 8 cores and the 10900 has 2 cores idle, according to the processor utilization it can be seen 27% versus 31 and the 11900 runs on a constant boost of 4.8, which is not the case on the 10900.
