This Ghost Rider is actually Robbie Reyes as Johnny Blaze is not a playable character and stayed in his human form throughout the story mode in Midnight Suns.

Love how they do the Penance Stare in this game! Also, you wrote Johnny Blaze in the title. If you mean the character then it's actually Robbie Reyes and not Johnny. If you mean the skin then that's actually Danny Ketch! Not Johnny. Danny was the second Ghost Rider before Robbie. He's also responsible for alot of things we associate with Ghost Rider today. He was the first one to have spikes on his outfit, use a chain weapon, and use the Penance Stare. Johnny prior had worn a more full body biker suit(With no spikes) and pretty much just used Hellfire attacks.
