Autumn is also one of my favorite seasons, the sunny days, but also the rainy windy days and 50-60 fahrenheit (10-15 celsius) ❤👌 It has been super windy, raining and 45 degrees today, and I forced my self out on a run, and nothing beats coming in after that and taking a long warm shower and settling in the sofa with tea and youtube 😄

I used to struggle more with sleeping. Now I take melatonin pills every night, and I found that when I play old podcast episodes it puts me asleep pretty quick (they're like a bedtime story!)

I love that shade, cinnamon, so much! But I think Miami Fever is the BEST Fall shade. Love pulling it out in the Fall. It looks good on you! Also, I am the person who can fall asleep as soon as I lay my head on a pillow and my boyfriend hates it haha
