Florida, Kentucky, and Iowa have, for decades, been some of the most restrictive states in restoring voting rights to people with felony convictions, but now are experiencing a seizmic shift towards reenfranchisement.

And right now, in California, we are campaigning to pass ACA 6, which will restore voting rights to 50,000 Californians on parole.
