About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, "Meathead," Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie's conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

I remember the night they aired Ediths death with Archie sitting right next to her talking to her. The whole family was in tears. The world cried for Edith that night.

I didn't know people wore fresh flowers on their lapel. Such a nice touch.

Love the Jefferson’s. Sherman and Carroll played off each other so well. “Pay the twenty dollars” episode was so brilliantly written too. “Take that bill up to Harlem and pass it there. It’ll make the rounds and wind up in the hands of some white guy who sells purple Cadillacs.”

I would have loved to see more interaction with Archie and George’s mother. They are hilarious in the one scene.

Yeah Norman Lear was a genius and he knew how to get a message to people without them even realizing that he was doing it.

My dad's favorite show. He loved Archie. It was all in fun. In those days, it didn't offend anyone.

They missed an opportunity by not having the bunkers visit the Jefferson’s in Manhattan and get stuck there overnight because of a snow storm lol

Oh yeah I remember those episodes from AITF. They really made me laugh out loud as a kid and here I am present day and I'm still laughing.

I noticed in the wedding reception video that the painting of the waves crashing on the rocks is the same one the Jefferson's have hanging over their desk in their apartment.
