ourChecklists: Introducing the ourChecklists project

Introduction to my new ourChecklists project. I am taking an earlier version of this project and rewriting it to be more targeted for enterprise use, as well as using my fbmStarter framework and what I have learned about Angular and Firebase since my first attempt at this.
