Installing 35" tires on a new Bronco is easy.
Yes, you read that right, installing 35" tires on the 2021+ Ford Bronco is easy. Remove the crash bars from the front and rear of the front wheel wells and the 35s will bolt right in. BUT, there are somethings you need to watch out for.

Stop in at the Northridge4x4 DIY garage and stick around for a few minutes as Tech Tim goes over how to stuff 35s under the Ford Bronco and the things you want to look out for.

The parts shown in the video are all available at Northridge4x4:

I think it would be interesting to talk about the differences that IFS gives with scrub and other variables since so many of us are used to solid axles.

I guess I'm in need of some advice after coming across your video!

'23 Bronco 2 Door Outer Banks, non-sas

Stock 255x70x18

In 2 weeks, will be installing the following:

Ready Lift 2" blocks
17" ProComp Series 32 Wheels with -6mm offset
315x70x17 Falcon Wildpeak A/T3W

Was only planning to remove crash bars, but it sounds like you're saying I'll also need wheel spacers?

Thank you! And great video!

Will 35 inch tires work on my stock badlands rims by just removing the crash bars

I've got a 2023 Bronco Outer Banks Non-SAS 2.7L. I was thinking of going with the TIS 555sb 18x9 +20mm and the Hercules TIS offroad TT1 35x12.5R18. Would this fit my bronco?

Have you had any issues running 35s with the m190? I’m scared of running them and breaking something bigger than a tie rod while wheeling

Great info, though once you got in to all that backspace and all with the 35s, I got lost. Just sort of looking ahead on when I replace my Black Diamond stock tires and I want to go to 35s without mods (if I can). I have a decent stock rim (not steely, but next one up) and hoping I can just change the tire size to 35s and think about the wheels at a later time.

I was thinking of running 315/70/17 KO2s on my OE big bend rims with a 2” lift kit from RC. What’s your thoughts. I ordered the lift and will run it for a bit until I figure out the tires.

Hello, will i be able to fit 35s (315/70R17 from a a Sasquatch) in my 2021 Outer banks V6 stock tires and wheels is 255/70R18 by just removing the crash bars without a need of a lift or suspension kit?

This is a great video! In fact it made me rethink 35’s. That said. I have a big bend with 255/75/17’s. Do you think I can just fit 285/75/17’s safely on the same 7.5 wheel with no rub and keep the crash bars? Thank you!

I saw you showed the v6 models. I have the 2.3L would that be enough to haul my 35s or should I just go 33s?

Can you get by with just a 2 inch lift kit. I am looking for the aggressive look it will not be used off road. I ordered a big bend.

How does it affect the acceleration? Bc nonsaquash bronco have a 3.7 diff relation and sasquash have a 4.7 relation.

Looking to buy oem takeoffs to put on our outer banks. The takeoffs are 35" and from a badlands I believe. Other than removing crash bars, and possible rubbing at the extreme ends of the turning radius, any thing else I should consider?

Hi! Great video! Quick question, I currently have a 2 inch Bilstein lift kit running 35 inch tires, but the on road ride quality is awful! Do you think I should be good off roading going back to stock suspension? I appreciate your support. I have a Black Diamond non sasquatch.

Please for the love of god. Don’t use those tie rod sleeves! They are meant to fail so your rack doesn’t.

Would it be smarter to just get a beefier tire rod instead of a sleeve?
