A6 2.5 TDI 180hp manual (AKE) 230, 000 km, camshafts ok.
I bought it in February:
• Collector cleaning
• New EGR
• New flowmeter
• Decarbonization
• Cleaning of injectors
• Coolant circuit cleaning
• Interior renovation: black + chocolate wood (wood vinyl, black leather seats, new keypads and black door upholstery)
• carmani luwdig 20 17" wheels

Amazing. I have the same engine built into an A4 Avant and my mother drove it for 14years below 2500rpm, so now that I got myself a driver's license I am always anxious about reving it up more than 3000rpm. Because I have heard that if an engine never knew what it means to run with high rpm it won't know it suddenly and someone I know actually did the exact thing and after two weeks of constantly flooring his freshly bought A5 coupe like a madman something in the engine broke.

Not totally sure but changing the shift at 4500-4800 may give better result.
