I'd heard and seen photos and bits about Ed Sheeran but never heard his music as I'm older and mainly listen to Classical and older British/Irish/Scottish folk music. But I heard this song on YouTube shorts a number of times and liked it so was curious who did it. That's how I found Ed Sheeran and this song.

Honestly, I dislike romance/love songs as being too syrupy, too unrealistic and generally crappy. This song is TOTALLY different. It's realistic and not mushy. Then I read that he wrote this about his wife-to-be and they've been married for a while now with two children. All the more reason to love this. He wrote from his heart the beginnings of their story together! ❤❤❤

My crush and i are scouts and we attended a formal event. I'm just a mere scout while he's an assistant crew leader/staff and a higher rank than mine. I really like him so much. I ask permission with one of the staffs if i can ask a staff/sir to dance with me. I hesitated at first but i don't wanna live with regrets. I had enough courage to ask him to dance. That day was so magical, the way he held my hands made me feel butterflies in my stomach. The way we dance made me happy so much. I love the way he twirls me around and how i dance around him. I like the way he smiles. This is the song that was playing while we were dancing. All i can say is that i fell in love with this song just like how i fell in love with him.
