So, we say there is housing crisis and people have to struggle alot in finding a suitable apartment/room for themselves. Although, this is true, there is one unpopular reason as well.

I recently noted that some families who are despearately searching for accommodation refused to even view an apartment which was very easily available. People still believe that they surely have to go through struggles in order to find a good accommodation for themselves. Therefore, they keep doubting if someone offers them the accommodation without struggles on their part.

They simply doubt those offers and reject it. Why is that so?

And what are your thoughts?

not sure where are you finding those people, this might represent 2% of the overall cases, on the other hand accommodation should be matter of choice, you cant expect a person to accept whatever you are offering and live with it,
