This song reduces me to tears, I fell for a girl in 79 and this encapsulates the rejection not knowing she was engaged to be married whiched turned out to be disastrous and my life still longs to be with her 40 + year's later and cruelly we see each other almost every week or have a reminder of what could have been, Debbie I've never loved like I still love you in 2023 can't say anymore it's like 2 worlds collide... can't say or do anymore I love in 2023 as I did in 1979 if only X X X AND YOU KNOW IT X X X

OH MY God, Bryan Ferry is so great!!!! HE has a distinctive voice that nobody can come close to, THE classiest singer ever, !! His clothes are so classy he make's you want to get up on the dance floor, and own it!!!! I grew up with him... The eighties were the best!!!! From The Motor City, where we know 🥀🥀🥀...

I only saw Roxy Music once, in 1973 (with Brian Eno!) when they opened for Jethro Tull on a U.S. tour. Brilliant.

No one can rock a white suit like Ferry can! Great tune. Such nostalgia....from when music used to be SO good....

This song reminds me of being in hospital (August 1980) the night before I had my daughter, I had this song going round and round in my head. Great sound track!!

They played this last night at the Chase Center in San Francisco, wonderfully and sadly it was my first and possibly my last Roxy Music show ever, unless we all get lucky and they decide to tour again. A wonderful show, Bryan's voice is still beautiful, and the band was tight locked and on point. A great show, and another check off the bucket list! Thank you Roxy for all the beautiful music over the years!!!
