DM780 Logbook toolbar Add Log Entry Field ALE

Here's a great question from one of my subscribers: I'm trying to use Ham Radio Deluxe and DM-780. In your video you have the callsign field displayed in DM780 just above the macros toolbar. How did you accomplish that?
