It's crazy seeing all the ammunition, tanks and other equipment the Russians left behind when they fled. It was a panicked rout, not any sort of orderly retreat. Despite the supplies from the west Russia remains the largest supplier of arms to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Glory to Ukraine!

Nothing but huge respect for Ukraine. I remember a ukrainian lorry driver who worked in Denmark. Always a big smile! He tried to talk english - it wasn't perfect but he gave it a shot. Humble, hardworking and always happy even though his home was far away. I wonder what happened to him... hopefully he is okay. I changed job at one point. Go Ukraine

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of the war. Even if it continues into the winter and into next year (if the Ukrainians manage to retake the south and hold the advances they’ve made in the East), the Russians will be in a poor negotiating position.

If Ukraine holds firm and the West continues to support them, this war could be over by next year.
