Hi there! Just binging through a ton of ComfyUI videos, picking up whatever tips and tricks I can cram into my swimming head & I've been ever so grateful for your tutorials as they've highlighted several terrific methodologies (and nodes, etc) I haven't seen elsewhere. It's great that you've gone back to cover the basics as well for anyone brand new to (the rabbit hole full of rabbit holes that is) ComfyUI. Thanks for all the well delivered information!

This is by far the best tutorial to watch if you are just starting with COMFYUI. You explained everything like you are talking to 5 year olds! Which is exactly what it feels like when it comes to Stable diffusion as a newbie :D

This is quite good, but I feel this kind of a basic tutorial should be done with the basic comfyUI installation without any extensions or addons. The addons make it confusing and it isn't clear if what is shown is basic vanilla functionality or if it requires an addon. For example the fox icons on the nodes or the straight connections between the nodes which are usually more messy.

super! understanding the underlying logic does really help navigate throughout the nodes in a way that makes sense. Cant wait for more advanced dive where things start to get mixed together a bit more with img2img controlnets etc.

btw one question I had is the node connections being straight lines, versus curved - is there a setting for that somewhere ?

Subbed!

Thank you 🙏🏼 The way you explain things is very nice and educative! I’m gonna join you on this path :)

My biggest interest is video creation. Preferably video to video.

If I may ask, how do you source your information about these subjects. Are there forums or discord servers I could join to be better connected to what’s happening
