Outside of Poole, Bilal Coulibaly has taken a big jump on offense this year. Still an elite all-around defender but his scoring volume has taken a big jump. On top of him growing to 6’8 with his athleticism he’s looking and playing like young Paul George. Will be interesting to see if the Wizards give him more opportunities by trading Kuzma

Moussa Diabate would’ve been my pick for Charlotte personally. In less than a month he’s gone from our 3rd string center on a two-way contract to the most reliable big on the entire roster. Absolute beast on the glass, just today he had more offensive rebounds than the entire Bucks team COMBINED

Jared McCain is my favorite for ROY for the ROS.

Mathurin is not a surprise! No one listened when we said he’d take a leap this year

As a portuguese celtics fan, i love that queta is developing into a good role player and that he's finally getting recognition outside of the portuguese nba fans

Imo, the most surprising jazz player has been Kyle Fillopowski, the 32nd overall pick. He’s led the team in rebounds in multiple nights and has been putting up good points with little minutes

A player that's been surprising me that I wished you mentioned is Moussa Diabate he's capitalizing his opportunity while both Richard's and Mark Williams are out for the hornets

I’m so happy as a pistons fan to have Bickerstaff the team actually cares about defense and I like the actions and plays, dribble handoffs they are doing. Jaden Ivey has definitely improved for sure and he’s a net positive now each game.

Give Terry Stotts his recognition for what GSW are doing offensively

Spurs I think should trade Keldon for a 3 point shooter bc we need more shooters like a cam Johnson or a Duncan Robinson to come off the bench

Finally someone who gave us Blazers the flowers for beating the Wolves twice in a row. They're a contender. We're... a mess. 5 guys were out for us in the second game, with DA, Ant and Rob all out for that game, while the first game DA and Ant may as well have been counted as streetclothes given the circumstances. The first one we obliterated them THE ENTIRE GAME. They never had a tie or a lead. The second, we were down the entire game, until the fourth, where we dominated and won again. That HAS to be give credit and flowers given as they're due. That's not coincidence, that is genuinely SOMETHING. And Toumani is my guy on this team. By far my favorite. Pure heart, pure hustle, pure effort. Not a single loose ball or play is slacked or taken off by him.

i love how gradey has been but i’d honestly give it to poeltl right now, without what he’s been doing gradey isn’t close to these stats

Dalton knecht is honestly the most surprising laker. He was a great scorer coming out of college but is looking like a solid rookie and player despite low expectations

I'm a big Pistons watcher, I will say Tim Hardaway Jr is playing good but Malik Beasly is really playing even better in my opinion.

As a Hornets it should’ve been Diabate, he is a rebound machine 🔥

Choosing queta shows you’re a real nba viewer.
It’s easy to say PP but it’s been known he’s capable when given the minutes.
Queta has been a revelation the same way Rob Williams was.

I agree with everything except:

Lakers: Knecht looks like a seasoned veteran in his first years
Magic: Anthony Black straight up has taken over games in defense and his ability to drive
Pistons: Beasley has been their most impactful shooter. Coming up big down the stretch.
Teams I haven’t watched yet so I have no opinion: Rockets, Trailblazers, Jazz, Thunder, Bulls

As a Belgian, hoping Ajay Mitchell and Camara are gonna play for the Belgian national team, hopefully then we can make the Eurobasket knockouts again and the world cup for the first time in a long time
