All new housing should be be located outside KL as it is already crowded and there is no place for building infrastructure for these new developments .
It will only cause endless problems for transport and burden utilities like water and electricity which are already at their limit .

Our KL toilet shit water treatment plant near lembah pantai cannot take so much shit anymore. As it point out over the recent sinkhole tragedy that shit water underground inside pipe are too much...too deep alot of gas ...and still alot more ongoing KL resident projects right now hv not completed yet.

If built close to the LRT, these Madani housing complexes should not add to traffic congestion provided that residents use public transportation. On the other hand, if they’re built outside KL can the residents have easy access to public transportation like the LRT to reach their place of business or work in KL? If they are to use their own private vehicles, it will still add to traffic congestion on the highways that lead you KL.

Don't forget the sewerage problems as condos do need huge sewer pipelines and purification plants .
