I have Astra and Elementor Pro, I installed Starter Templates plugin, but the Astra Options does not show up on the new Add a page. Why doesn't it show up? Do I have to get Astra Pro?

I don't want it to be 100% wide.

I get different results at 1920 and 1366. I work in 1920 but displaying in 1366 the content is cramped. Its not the responsive - its desktop resolution differences
