Acoustic changes the feel of this song and initially it left me grabbing and waiting for more instrumentally....BUT it really allows Joes vocals to absolutely dominate & shine in ways it wouldn't in the original. I've seen his performance with Eric and its obvious he is humbled and proud of how well his song is being covered. Nothing better than the original performing so incredibly with a true fan capable of doing his song justice for younger generations to come ❤

Oh..and the gum.. almost betcha its for either breathing or pronunciation 😉 When your in the studio recording on incredible equipment it sounds very different and there are these silly secret little techniques that help us improve our vocal output 👌

It really is in the fingers, the key Joe is playing in isn't important cause its pretty standard and can go with any key, whatever works for your voice is the key to choose, just grip it and rip it

Standard tunning ! You put your capo on the third fret and play a E blues but its ognna sound as a G blues because of the capo, and then, you'll know how to play "Further on up the road" ! ;)
