UX designers vs Software Engineers

Imagine dragging a template of glitter over a front end as your job, acting like it was hard, then asking the developer to figure out how to do this. This is like all my friends who have this million dollar idea but I just have to do all the work and only get 50% of the compensation because they are the “idea guy”

That's not how we software engineers are
Like literally tons of responsibility we have like. C++, .NET, SQL, Python, REACT, REST API, Java, HTML, GITHUB, JYTHON, AZURE, PHP, AWS, SWIFT, NODE JS💀💀💀
UI/UX Designers just design a thing by thinking with their brain that's it

I've studied both UX design and programing reality is that programming is like writing a book and UX design is like painting a picture. both take a lot of skills and knowledge. programming just requires more time in the creating process while UX design requires more time in the research process . its like if a doctor told a lawyer that his/her job wasn't difficult.

Honestly biggest pet peeve. Like I get that they work with templates but this is why the current environment is so stale.

I'm both: a Senior Frontend Software Engineer and a Senior UX Designer, with 15 years of experience as an Engineer and 10 as a designer and can tell you that engineering is by far way more complex

I cannot relate to this as an engineer. Lots of time we have to work overtime to finish a project. And too stressful even cannot sleep😢 I really want to work at your company as a software engineer.😂
