Wonderful video mate and the brew looks fantastic, used the Bry-97 many times and is a wonderful yeast but for its long lag time I found but it’s one of the best for style👌🏻🍻🍺

Nice brew day, though I do like a little verbiage myself. A lot of UK brewers seem to have the Grainfather. How do you like it? It would be fun to try one someday. Happy HBW. Cheers!
