Republican and Ranking Member Devin Nunes delivers his opening statement at the testimonies of the director for European affairs at the National Security Council, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, and Jennifer Williams, a top adviser on foreign affairs to U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, on day three of the impeachment hearings.

In his statement, Nunes once more pushed for the whistleblower to come forward, claiming that Democrats had placed the person in a "witness protection program" and accused the media of being "puppets of the Democratic Party."

He also criticized Democrats over the possibility of bribery being one of the articles of impeachment.
