Megan and Brandy say their 69-year-old grandma, Gail, believes she is in a relationship with musical artist Post Malone but she is actually being catfished by a scammer posing as the musician. Gail’s daughter, Michelle, says her mother has always had an obsession with men, but this is the worst she has seen it. I genuinely feel so sorry for her. She’s such a sweet woman. It’s hard because the older generation really doesn’t catch onto social media scams since they’ve never had it when they were young. She really is a kind woman. Lots of these scammers pick the elderly for this exact reason.

I know someone who gave $5, 000 to someone in Nigeria, all because he told her she was pretty. She was so lonely and depressed because her husband had died a year prior, so thats all it took to get her attention. These people just pick random people and stick around with the ones that go along with it

I knew a women who thought she was talking to an astronaut that was abandoned on the moon and she sent $30, 000 to his "family friend" to get him back to earth. Worst part shortly after she sold her house to pay another 20 grand to get him back. So so sad.
