Actually we must eat first. Just drink a cup of water or eat one dates. Ending your fast quickly is much good.

alhamdulillah brother, my type of breaking fast is: 1. wudu 2. pray the first paragraph of *Al-Alaq* 3. pray surah *Al-Mu'minun* (paragraph 51) 4. drink water. that is it my brother, may god protect our bodies.

Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: Mu’adh ibn Jabal used to pray with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Then, he returned to his people and led them in prayer. Mu’adh prayed the evening prayer and recited Surat al-Baqarah, until a man left the prayer and Mu’adh was critical of him. The news reached the Prophet and he said three times, “You put them to trial!” The Prophet ordered him to recite two medium chapters from the end of the Quran (al-mufassal).

It's very long surah that if read it you will take 3 or 4 hours
And he wants to eat but you can't eat while oraying
