To do this in blender

Use Lattice Modifier with assigned to a Lattice before clothe simulation Modifier

Increase the Lattice resolution

and make Lattice Modifier work with vertex group used in cloth simulation

Change the Lattice shape while simulation is running

(I haven't tested it yet)

Edit:
It works perfectly! But it glitches when you turn off and on the simulation. you need to reset the Lattice shape before simulating it again

Почему-то я угораю с этого))) Чисто в голове всплывает черный парень, который встряхивает затвердевший лист, чтобы он стал мягким, дует на него и с выпученными галазами потом смотрит в камеру, направив руку на ткань.
