Intro to HGA: Electronic Data Deliverables

This video introduces the Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) workflow. The EDD workflow is the ideal way to import large quantities of data to a variety of database tables and fields, all while performing basic data validation based on the database structure. This video introduces you to the entire EDD workflow, including the following steps:

• Creating an EDD template using the EDD Template Designer module
• Reviewing and adding additional data validation conditions
• Creating QuickChecker files – importing EDD templates and Excel Spreadsheets
• Addressing errors in the QuickChecker file
• Validating and submitting the EDD import file (*.zip_hga file)
• Importing the EDD using the Data Transfer System
