Absolutely amazing these should be made available EVERYWHERE all a person has to do is get a nice lot and put multiple units on it for the family everybody can have their own little place😊

As a designer by trade, my only argument would be the bed. I honestly think that having a sofa bed would be more practical with some lightweight furnishings, not too bulky. That way, you can comfortably chill and/or have guests over. I would free up the space where the Murphy bed is to accommodate that plan. Other than that, very nice space and ideal for the homeless, a single person or a couple. However, not for a family.

Underneath the Murphy bed, make a couch you can let down with 4 legs or whatever design so it can accommodate a few guests. Have the shower with a little wall divider between the shower and the toilet. Or have a toilet against the wall on the right side.

I built one similar but I had a couch built into the Murphy bed and it's fantastic

Great to build these to deal with the high cost of rentals and housing these days. Keep it affordable and more people can afford a home.

The entrance for the bathroom should be where the TV is with a window at the side. So even a visitor will feel more comfortable doing a #2 or anything else for that matter

Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months.
