Keep in mind, the Republicans fought tooth and nail against FDR and the democrats in the 1930s against social security, they still are, and people keep voting for them.

First, cut all retirement and medical benefits to Congress. They don’t earn it….we the working people do.

Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are funds that actually reach the people who need it, unlike millions in pandemic assistance for small business that wound up in the pockets of rich and thriving corporations.

Just remember, every time these "representatives" talk about getting rid of something, in terms of programs, it's always something the people they represent depend on. They never talk about reducing their salaries, which are funded and paid for by the same taxpayers. They should be asked why aren't their salaries ever on the table when "we" need to scale back on something?

They love to squawk about "the budget" when it comes to SS, but are utterly silent about "the budget" when it pertains to The Department of Defense and military spending.

“Entitlements are going to consume the budget”, yet we spend more than the next 10 countries combined on the ridiculously bloated military industrial complex.

All of the money he misses to balance the budget, can be found by taxing churches, ultra rich people and big businesses with a decent tax percentage.

Dear Republicans... I paid into my Social Security account for decades. Keep your greedy hands off my freaking Social Security...

We can start saving entitlements by paying these worthless politicians only minimum wage, no benefits, no pension, no lobbyist kickbacks or working class doesn't pay taxes.

Gee, maybe instead of getting rid of medicare and social security, we could go back to the 1970’s tax structures. You know, the one where the big corporations actually PAY taxes?

Look at Scott (wont dignify him by using his political title) grinning and smiling while hearing about his plan to eliminate Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. If that isn't evil then I don't what is.

Could you imagine 60 million senior citizens homeless and starving in the streets because Republicans cut the legs out from under them? Just think about that for a minuet. Does that idiot think a 70, 80 or 90 year old going to be able to go out and get a job? Hell even 60 somethings who already retired would have to go and find a job. Competing with young people for the same job. It's just unbelievable how cruel and despicable some of these Republicans truly are.

Looks like we need to start making grifters pay taxes. That means Big capitalist companies and billionaires and don’t forget these cult churches that tells the congregation how to vote.

Social security and medi-care are not entitlements. We, (those that receive them) paid and continue to pay as long as we receive it. We contributed to both during all the years we worked. There's a monthly payment of almost $150 per month for medi-care.
