Have you ever been on a chocolate adventure with a manon? I discovered them on my latest trip to Bruges. A Belgian speciality they are a blend of white chocolate, vanilla, cream, hazelnut croquant and in this one, made by Pol at Depla Chocolatier, a walnut. A fantastic melange of textures and flavours - with an end note being one of walnut with a hint of sweetness. Very clever. Scarily addictive so very lucky I only bought one!
