My father has rejected me since my mother died of cancer 4 years ago. I have done everything within my power to rebuild a relationship with him and yet he continues to reject me. I have struggled with anger and bitterness towards his wife that he married just 3 months after my mother's death. I listen to this song and I feel God restore me to knowing that I am a daughter of the King. He heals my heart every day time and time again.

I cried so much listening to this song, I remember how my heart is so swollen and broken from the loss of of my mother and from losing the person I thought was the love of my life, I'm 8 months pregnant and I have been on my own through the whole Pregnancy. I’m up at 3am reading my Bible. I like listening a worship song to get me in the mood of prayer. I told God I’m going on YouTube and the first song I see I’ll play it because that’s what he wants me to hear. I saw this song, never heard it before. Every word spoke directly to me.
