Traditional "Palinca" or "Horinca", ("Tuica") distillery from Transylvania.
The fruit mash (plums only) is boiled once and after that the first alcohol obtained is re distilled for higher purity / content. In the last years instead of manually stirring the fruit mash a small electric motor was added to do the job.

Distilerie pentru "Palinca" sau "Horinca", ("Tuica") din Transilvania.
Borhotul (doar din prune) este fiert odata, iar rezultatul obtinut este redistilat pentru o a doua oara pentru a obtine o puritate si concentratie mai mare. In ultimii ani invartitul manual al borhotului a fost inlocuit de un mic motor electric.

Ce zgomot aiurea face motoru' ala cu reductor, as renunta la tuica, si igiena lasa de dorit in rest fantastic, incredibil .
