Hi! Thanks for sharing these listening tests. I don't understand something about question 17. Why is 'local hospitals' incorrect? I've already checked the transcription but still don't get it.

I'm gonna take Aptis test 2 weeks later but this part of FCE is suitable for me to practice, isn't it? But I feel it a little bit harder than Aptis listening, cuz I can do a bit. So sad, so disappointed at me :((
