#1 this guy knows what's up. I'm an experienced couch ( sectional flipper) in the Los Angeles/ orange county area and his info is spot on.. The only thing I would add is save on storage when you start by storing the couches in your backyard. I put mine on pallets and cover them with big sheets of plastic I get from home depot. Also this makes accessing the couches easy to. Also, once you've been successful and you know the process works ditch the crappy Bissell and go pro....get the mytee lite heated carpet extractor. Pro car detailers use if to clean upholstery for an interior detail. I use mine for sectionals. Get the kuppet steam gun for like $150 also. Be sure to buy the orange degreaser from 3D. . Use the 3 things in tandem. Results are unbelievable. #3 Don't take pictures of flaws. The buyer already knows its a used couch. Just price it correctly. One guy told me about some discoloration, sun damage after I delivered it. I told him " yeah, that's right. And thas the exact reason it's a $300 couch sir. If this couch was perfect it'd be closer to $900 and delivery wouldn't be free too. Literally this stopped him. Like the light bulb in his head turned on. Show the good things, down play the negatives and get that $$$$. J.stone

thanks for the great video. I was coming home from my daughter's Sunday afternoon and passed a couch that looked great by the road at her neighbors. I went home, got my wife, went back, loaded it and brought it to my house. We vacuumed it, steam cleaned it, took photos, posted it on Marketplace for $75 and sold it within 2 hours. Met the lady at Publix 15 minutes after she answered the ad. I gotta do more of this! I want to make $47, 000, too!

I’m about to start doing this and it is kind of difficult to start, mainly cause buying a used truck can be a hassle. Finding a descent one and getting it on the insurance so I can transfer the title has taken a while, and costed me 1300+. Definitely doable, but it takes some commitment.
