People say they don’t like fairy tail because it’s based of friendship..says every other anime as well. They also said because no one does in fairy tail, honestly no one died but when the anime ended everyone was so sad it’s worse then having any member die. Fairy tail has such an impact on a lot of people, it wasn’t just a great anime but it also made the viewers wish there was an actual fairy tail irl and made the viewers feel like they were actually apart of an amazing family/guild. Fairy tail will always be number no matter what, you can’t get the same feeling you feel from fairy tail in any other anime.
