This lyrics is VERY allegorical and poetic. Even some people who speak Spanish do not fully understand it. This lyrics talk about a real, natural and unwanted abortion that Bebe had. Another example (although he talks about love and not an abortion) of a similar Spanish lyrics: "Con las Ganas" by Zahara.
