Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty is having a historic season & is considered one of the favorites to win the Heisman along with Travis Hunter, Dillon Gabriel & Cam Ward. He would be the first non-QB to win since DeVonta Smith & first RB to win since Derrick Henry. He would also become the first ever Boise State player to win. As of right now, Travis Hunter is the betting favorite to win.

I haven't seen a more vertical runner than Adrian Peterson. Every single move this kid makes, he's churning his legs and moving upfield.

You watch some players even at the NFL level who drag their feet to the 2nd level, expecting contact or getting ready to make a cut. But Jeanty will either run straight through you or right around you. Its like gaining yards is 2nd nature to him.

Disgusting that this kid is going to be robbed of a Heisman Trophy. He's been the best, most productive, AND most valuable player in CFB all year long, and he's done it against stacked boxes every single game. He has more YAC than any other RB has total rushing yards this season (!!). That's insane. And he's the highest graded player in the entire country -- regardless of position -- according to PFF. He's also led his team to an outstanding 12-1 record and a Playoff birth when Boise State would be .500 AT BEST without him. By every metric, he should win the award. The Heisman Committee should be ashamed of themselves if they hand that trophy to Travis Hunter over this kid. 💯

If he doesn’t win the Heisman, the system is completely broken. He has about double more yards after contact then Hunter has yards total. Hunter has played zero ranked teams and has three losses against unranked teams did not lead his team to a conference championship or the playoffs. Meanwhile Ashton is playing on a team that’s arguably less talented and doesn’t have a second Heisman candidate on the team and he alone was so dominant that he carried his team to nearly undefeated against multiple top 10 rundefenses play, including the number one team were united comfortably up by a couple scores, and his special teams allowed to kick in pot returns for scores, barely losing the game
