Making black tanto knife crafted from W1-7 carbon steel, featuring a seppa and habaki made of brass, a tsuba also constructed from W1-7 carbon steel, and a handle and sheath fashioned from bog oak. There I try to show all steps how to make this knife in the video.

Beautiful work as always! Thanks for showing the process on those brass bolsters. Very work intensive, and it shows in the result! I also like your tiny angled detail chisel. I might have to make one of those.

Sir Next time you made a Japanese knife use you Mill table and just shim your knife to put your Cutting Edge, instead all that Hard Grinding
