Isle of Skye is one of my favorite "lighter" games. I was surprised and excited to see the expansion. I really appreciate that there was a review available - and a good, thorough review at that. Well done.

Really nice review and overview of the expansion. I've had the app for this for awhile but for never played it much because I don't like auctions. Lately I have been playing it a ton and loving it so I am looking to pick this one up. This is a very 'gamery' expansion that would be nice to pull out for gamers that like a more complex game.

Nicely done! I think it is a well balanced description which is very helpful for potential buyers. It seems similar to comparing Settler of Catan basic game with its fully expanded versions (which I personally loved because of their various options to win even from bad starting conditions)

With everyone having the same player board how is not every player have the exact same strategy? This seems like a short lived expansion
